Napoli electric pizza ovens have firebrick bases and are made in single and two deck versions with each cooking chamber individually thermostatically controlled and adjustable up to 400¼C. Capacity per chamber is a four 12-inch pizzas. power supply use single or three-phase and prices are £1,440 and £2,630 respectively.
