New Black&White CTS (Coffee/Tea/Steam)
The Black&White CTS is the very latest addition to the portfolio. By Harnessing the versatility of a manual steam facility with the consistent accuracy of bean-to-cup coffee production, Black&White has combined cost control over the coffee with the traditional skill and flair of the Barista in producing speciality drinks. The CTS has already been selected by the largest speciality coffee retailer in the world and installed in its outlets globally.
It produces 240 identical espresso coffee shots per hour and is able to dispense both hot water for tea and plentiful steam simultaneously. Double espresso shots are a maximum of 14g of coffee (7g per shot) and provide operators with consistent quality and accurate, controlled costs with nil wastage. The CTS is a 3-phase, high volume coffee machine, only 20in wide, that is ideal for busy sites, which still prefer the personal touch of the Barista.
Priced at only £5,700 plus VAT, including 12 months parts warranty, delivery and installation, caterers may opt to extend this to 24 months parts and on-site labour cover by agreeing to regularly purchase First Choice Coffee's renowned range of Grand Caféââ fresh coffee beans.
