Flare grilling without lava stones
A new 900mm wide version of the Opus 700 chargrill has specially profiled heat transfer channels to eliminate the need for lava rock. These work by igniting sufficient fat to cause optimum flaring while a specially designed cast iron branding grid also helps to control flaring. Cooking area is 765mm x 485mm with two independently controlled heating zones. Price is £1895 .
The Opus 700 series also includes a new 818mm x 548mm griddle with two independently controlled heating chambers and five burners. The carbon steel plate is 16mm thick and has a fully welded splash guard and flesh radius sides. Price: £1575 .
