The Handmade Cake Company Chocolate Orange Marble Cake is made from a blend of chocolate and orange sponge, decorated with a rich chocolate and orange fudge icing. Every cake is made and finished by hand and blast frozen. The judges felt the cake "bucks the trend - most cakes are portion packed but this leaves the operator to slice it up". Unopened, the cake has an eight-month shelflife.
