Fine Dining is a new range of 16 products including starters, main courses and puddings from Bernard Matthews. Starters include a goats' cheese, red pepper and thyme tartlet (pictured); mains include Moroccan crusted lamb racks, and cheese and bacon-stuffed chicken with wild mushroom and tarragon sauce; while Grand Marnier brioche bread and butter pudding is among the desserts.
