THE big choice of Silverlink electric fryers ranges from the 300mm wide DF33 single tank countertop fryer, priced at £308, to the J18 600mm wide fryer which has two 9kw tanks and a rated output up to 180 lbs of chips per hour. Products also include the J10 (left).

Gas-powered Silverlink fryers range from the countertop DF4, priced at £765 up to the J10, priced at £1,646. All fryers are modular and can be butted together with other Silverlink units, if required. Standard features include frontally located filtered drain taps, mechanical timers and thermostat control with fail-safe high-limit cut-out.

Lincat's smaller Lynx range of countertop back-bar equipment also includes a number of fryers, all operated from 13amp plugs and priced from £167.
