Full steam ahead for the Catering Forum

This year's Catering Forum on the P&O ship Aurora will bring together 110 supplier companies and 400 buyers in the catering and hospitality industry.

Taking place from 11-14 June, the event provides a networking opportunity for key industry players to meet and exchange ideas. Speeches, seminars and workshops will also feature.

Topics for discussion include the importance of risk-taking in business, the latest ideas in marketing and branding, and the impact of the last year's Commonwealth Games on the industry. Speakers include Bob Cotton, chief executive of the British Hospitality Association and Philippe Rossiter, chief executive of HCIMA.

The ship will leave Southampton Western Docks on Wednesday afternoon, sailing either to the Channel Islands or the French coast, and will return on Saturday morning. The trip is non-stop.

For more information, see the Catering Forum website.
