Salcombe Mud is a new ice cream from Salcombe Dairy. It is hand made using milk from local Devon cows, thick Devon double cream, butter and raw cane sugar.
It comprises double cream vanilla ice cream with crunched chocolate biscuits. As Salcombe Dairy uses an emulsifier, which is a vegetable extract instead of egg, this means it is easier to scoop straight from the freezer.
Other varieties include Honeycomb, Chocolate and Orange, Lemon, Ginger and Pistachio.
There is also a range of high fruit sorbets available in 2-litre and 4-litre sizes.
Available in 2-litre, 4-litre and 10-litre tubs.
