Creamy Salmon Nest is a new creation from Brakes.
It comprises a puff pastry nest containing chunks of Scottish salmon in a creamy lobster sauce, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a light dusting of paprika.
Serve the "nests" with baby sweetcorn, mange tout and new potatoes.
Available in boxes of 12 at £1.99 each.
Also new is Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala - pieces of chicken have been marinated and then cooked in a spicy tandoori sauce, flavoured with coriander, coconut and ginger.
The product is supplied in its own convenient pouch packaging so it can be cooked in simmering water or in the microwave.
