The latest offering from Brake Bros is Pacific Salmon Supreme. The Pacific Salmon Supreme is individually vacuum packed.
The boneless cuts can be pan-fried, poached, char-grilled, oven backed or barbecued. The Pacific Salmon Supreme weighs in at 140-170g and is available in boxes of 10.
Each pack is priced at £18.95. Brakes recommends serving with a sauce - in this case Brake's own Mushroom Sauce with a choice of seasonal vegetables.
