OASTERS has launched a new organic range including eggs, omelettes, boiled eggs, mayonnaise and pasteurised liquid egg.

The organic eggs, 746, come from free range flocks fed on organically grown grain, accredited under the RSPCA Freedom Foods welfare scheme and registered with the Organic Farmers Group.

Available in a choice of sizes and packaging.

The eggs are also available ready-boiled and peeled, in chilled containers holding four dozen.

The new organic omelettes, 747, are ready-cooked, then frozen for ease of storage. Available in a choice of sizes. The new mayonnaise is available chilled in 2.5 litre containers, while the liquid egg is frozen in 1kg cartons.

Also new from Oasters is a new range of soya-based sandwich fillings, 748, produced using GM-free soya.

The four varieties are: Thai Soya, Mexican Soya, Chinese Soya and Tikka Soya.

The new soya products are fresh chilled and in a choice of catering pack sizes from 500g (enough for ten sandwiches).

Oasters
