Grease separator

ALL commercial hot food premises must, under the prospective part H of the Building Regulations, have grease separation equipment installed.

A new grease interceptor system called Endura is based on a one-piece moulded plastic tank which is lighter and less bulky than alternative systems. This helps simplify installation, either above or below floor level or semi-recessed.

Beneath the tank's nylon reinforced mechanically sealed cover, a baffle separates off grease while permitting a 1.6 litre per second flow rate and 23 litre grease capacity.

Supplier Hunter Plastics is also offering the Endura BioPak, and automated doser for Bio-G dual acting digesting media, which breaks down and consumes the retained grease.
