The traditional meatball has been spiced up with garlic, onion, cumin, chillies and pepper and turned into Greek Kofta by Snowbird Foods. Fully cooked and microwaveable, the minced lamb meatballs weigh 15g each and can be served in wraps as takeaway food or with a yogurt and mint dip as a starter.
