Green light for Granada and Compass

Shareholders in Granada and Compass have agreed proposals that will lead to the merger of the two companies.
European Union competition watchdogs have also given the deal the go-ahead.
The merger is now expected to come into effect on 27 July.
It will be followed by a demerger into two separate hospitality and media companies, probably within six months.
