Grospellier gets Lowry position

Yannick Grospellier has been appointed executive head chef of Rocco Forte's Lowry hotel in Manchester.
He was sous chef at Forte's Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh, in charge of the 98-seat Hadrian's brasserie. He has not yet been replaced.
