Handling hot food
DEVELOPED in Scandinavia, Gastromax servers suit the turning and lifting of foods on both gas and charcoal barbecues. With a claimed resistance to temperatures in excess of 250ºC, the tools comprise a spatula for turning burgers or steaks, tongs for placing sausages and a fork to assist with various tasks.
Each implement is available in three colours, making it possible to apply colour coding to cut cross-contamination risks between fish, meat and vegetables. Every utensil is dishwasher safe.
