Harrison quits Premier

Stuart Harrison has resigned as managing director of brands at Premier Hotels.

He is working his resignation and does not yet have an official leaving date.

He worked originally with Premier as brands marketing adviser through his consultancy the Profitable Hotel Company.

Harrison said he was talking to "two or three" leisure and hospitality groups about possible future roles. He declined to comment further.

News of his resignation comes just days after it emerged that three of the five founding members of Premier had left as part of a restructuring of the company (Caterer, 22 March, page 5).
