The new Filocrown from Foodafayre is a delicate filo pastry cup, hand crafted into a crown shape.
Available in both 3in and 5in sizes, they can be used for starters, hors d'oeuvres and buffets.
Robert Whittle, director of Foodafayre, says that profits of up to £3 per item can be expected by filling the Filocrown with a sweet filling. Profits can be even more with savoury fillings.
The 3in x 1.5in regular Filocrowns are in cases of 90 at £30 (33p per unit).
The 5in x 2in large Filocrowns are available in cases of 48 at £23 (47p per unit).
