Hawaiian style is coming to Hilton

US chef Beverly Gannon, who trained at London's Cordon Bleu cookery school, is set to bring a taste of Hawaii to the capital's Hilton Park Lane hotel.

From 17 to 24 March, Gannon will be cooking at the hotel's Polynesian restaurant, Trader Vic's. She will be creating authentic Hawaiian dishes such as starter of smoked duck taco with ginger chilli cream dressing, main courses such as sesame-crusted scallops with grilled vegetable enchilada and soy misco sauce, and dessert dishes such as piña colada cheesecake.

Prices for the menu will be in the region of £30 without drinks.
