Bristol-based tracking and monitoring company Bloodhound has become the sole UK distributor for Kooltrak temperature loggers. Each logger is about the size of a 5p coin and constantly records time and temperature from the moment it is manufactured. It can record up to 2,048 readings at intervals of 1-255 minutes. The information is stored for up to a year ready to be collected. Each logger has a battery that lasts for 10 years, and the device can measure temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
