Cast iron is one of the oldest materials used in cookware and is well known for its evenly balanced heat distribution and high temperature retention. Contacto has a new range of Scandinavian cast iron pans, including butter pans, blini pans, roasting pans and woks. The pans have insulated handles of either wood or stainless steel and can be used on all types of heat source.
