TO help meet European legislation that all food businesses must comply with Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP), SC Johnson Professional has introduced a HACCP Support Pack.

It contains a range of materials including an informative booklet; hygiene and temperature stickers; a guide to critical control points; wallcharts to display in the kitchen and hygiene record sheets.

The pack covers all aspects of HACCP from how to check a food delivery for hygiene risks to correct storage, as well as preparation and cooking procedures.
