Hobart unveils new slicer

Equipment supplier Hobart is using Hotelympia 2002 to launch its new automatic gravity slicer over on stand 780. Hobart has a big presence at this year's show with four stands in total - 780, 784, 980 and 984. It is also displaying ranges of warewashers, cooking equipment, beverage machines and food service solutions.
