HIGH heat Designer Displayware from Carlisle Foodservice Products is made from a heavyweight, speckled stoneware finished material which resembles ceramic but is break-resistant.
This material stores heat for prolonged use and retains the same temperature. It can be used in heated display cases, under heat lamps, steam tables or hot plates.
The microwave-safe product is in several colours - charcoal stoneware, parsley stoneware, pewter stoneware and terracotta stoneware.
