What is it?
The educational half of the Hostec/Eurhotec exhibition. It consists of more than 25 sessions and seminars presented by memebers of the foodservice, hospitality, catering or travel industries. There are sessions by educators, operators and consultants, as well as specific vendor seminars.

Who's it for?
Like the exhibition itself, the conference is aimed mainly at IT professionals in the hospitality industry, although anyone in senior management should find it useful.

When does it take place?
It runs concurrently with Hotelympia 2002 on Tuesday 5 February and Wednesday 6 February. The opening hours are between 9am and 5pm.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /?>

Where is it?
Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London. The entrance to Hostec/Eurhotec is via the Old Brompton Road entrance.

How do I get tickets?
Tickets can be booked at the official Web site or by calling 0870 429 4697. The conference rates are £150 for a one-day ticket and £295 for a two-day ticket. Students can attend for £30 per session. There is a 15% discount for HITA, HCIMA, HFTP and IH&RA members.
