Hot tuna

Italian and Mediterranean food specialist IB Food has added wild yellowfin tuna fillets to its range of seafood.
The fish are landed off the coast of Cantabria in northern Spain before the fillets are preserved in olive oil and packed by hand.
When cooked, the tuna has a firm, meaty texture with a mild taste. The company suggests grilling or baking with simple Mediterranean ingredients.
