Hulstone joins Caribbean cruise

2003 Roux Scholar Simon Hulstone and scholarship founder Michel Roux take time to check out the kitchen on luxury liner Infinity during a cruise in the Caribbean. Hulstone - who handed over his crown to 2004 scholar Andrew Jones last month (Caterer, 15 April, page 38) - won the working stage on the Celebrity Cruises ship as part of his prize for winning last year's scholarship.
