Hubbard Ice Systems is launching six icemakers and ice storage systems from US manufacturer Scotsman. The EC125 and EC175 modesl are both designed to make thimble-shaped cubes of clear ice and are both high-capacity machines. The bigger of the two, the EC175, is capable of producing 86kg of ice a day. Both machines will fit in modular fashion with a narrow footprint storage bin and an ice cursher for cocktail mixing.
