In Brief
New format for
TrophŽes Celebris
Champagne Gosset has unveiled a dual prize structure for this year's TrophŽes Celebris to highlight the growing importance of the UK Champagne market. Now in its sixth year, the competition will follow the French format and have separate London and provincial categories. Entrants should have a good cave
of Champagne and demonstrate excellent food matching. Owners need to submit a wine list and sample menu, which will be used to draw up a shortlist for the finals. The closing date is 28 April.
