Rubbermaid's Catermax insulated carriers, made in three sizes in structural-web plastic and on display at Hotelympia 2000, help preserve food quality - hot or cold - and reduce bacterial growth by means of new thermal insulation and a wear-resistant serpentine lid seal. Carriers are stackable and work with Rubbermaid Max System carts, racks and other food storage products.
