It's all go at the Restaurant Show

Now in its 15th year, the Restaurant Show will be even bigger than last year's show with more than 350 suppliers of food, wine, tableware, furniture and technology exhibiting their wares.

New features will include the Learning Lounge, a series of talks and seminars for restaurant operators, and the Dining Experience, a section where visitors can learn about wines, brandies, cognacs and cheeses.

Other highlights will include Brewing Up An Appetite, a series of demonstrations and talks on food and beer, and a speciality food section that will showcase fresh produce from the UK.
