Tikka Pittas and Tikka Tortillas are just two of the recipes featured in a new free recipe leaflet from Fridays which demonstrates how to use Oasters Vegetarian Tikka Sandwich filling in recipes.
For Tikka Pittas, the filling is mixed with smoked cheese and a few sunflower seeds. Then place shredded lettuce or radicchio inside the pitta bread and spoon in the filling.
Vegetarian Tikka is made of vegetables mixed in a Tikka mayonnaise.
The price is £5.75 for a 1kg pack.
