The manufacturers of this new lightweight jacket claim that it doesn't require professional laundering but can be washed in a machine, tumble-dried and worn without ironing. Developed with Euro-Toques International, an organisation founded in Brussels to support chefs committed to promoting local food, with member chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves from the Galley restaurant in Topsham, Devon, the jackets are made from 50% polyester and 50% cotton.
