Tempt your customers with two new mouth-watering desserts from Brakes.
The Mile High Chocolate Gateau consists of four thick layers of moist, rich, chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge icing and covered in dark chocolate fudge. It is topped with brownie chunks, chocolate chips and a piping of dark chocolate icing.
The Mile High Toffee Gateau has four layers of toffee sponge filled with dark and white chocolate fudge icing. The whole cake is covered in a smooth, butterscotch toffee icing and topped with crumbled peanut bars and warm butterscotch.
A slice of either gateau has great plate coverage and some customers may prefer to share.
The gateaux are supplied pre-cut into 14 slices and costs £1.19 a slice.
