Judging panels

The finals of the New Product Awards will be held on the first day of Hotelympia 2000, Monday 7 February, when the following panels of judges will tour the show to assess the shortlisted products. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Inter-Continental hotel, Hyde Park, London.
