The French-made Roller Grill product range includes a range of cooling displays made in stainless steel with a panoramic glass front. Capacity is three x 1/1 Gastronorm pans plus further storage on a middle shelf. Total capacity is 110 litres with a removable refrigeration unit for easy handling and servicing. Prices start at £1,199 for the VH1000 cabinet which measures 1000mm wide x 900mm deep x 485mm high.
A range of self-contained wheeled salad/buffet bars in light oak finish is also available, with capacities of 4 x 1/1 or 6 x 1/1 Gastronorm pans. Prices start at £3,750 for refrigerated versions and £3,500 for heated models.
