The latest offering from Dairy Crest Foodservice is a range of 14ml fresh milk portion pots. These are available in several formats - fresh whole milk, semi skimmed milk and cream.
New portion packs have been introduced for Cathedral City Cheddar. These packs contain 50g of cheese in two 25g sticks. They can be used for quick snacks or a light lunch.
