Kevin Gratton will head up kitchen at Scott's

Head chef of London celebrity restaurant Le Caprice, Kevin Gratton, will be moving to Mayfair restaurant Scott's when it reopens in the spring.

Gratton, 35, has worked at Le Caprice, also in Mayfair, for eight years but will move to Scott's when it relaunches after refurbishment in May or June.

Gratton said that the original style of the famous fish restaurant would remain, with about 85% of the menu fish-based. "There'll be private dining downstairs and probably a Champagne and oyster bar upstairs," he added.
