Lay it on

Two Layer Gateaux are the latest offering from Cearns & Brown. These are available in six flavours - Double Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Strawberry, Black Forest, Coffee Mandarin and Orange and Lemon.

Each gateau consists of two layers of sponge filled with fresh dairy cream and fruit sauce or jam, decorated with cream rosettes and fresh fruit. Chocolate Fudge cake is filled and coated with chocolate fudge.

Also from Cearns & Brown is Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and Raspberry Ripple ice-cream.

Available in two- and four-litre resealable tubs.
