Stress affects one in five British workers - that's about five million people - according to statistics from the Health & Safety Executive. You can find out ways to beat stress by going to the Caterer.com and learnpurple Masterclass on 11 December at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, London.
This course takes just 90 minutes and starts at the convenient time of 8.30am, making it easy for you to continue on to work afterwards.
The Masterclass will teach you tips to combat stress and show you how to relax. It also explores what stress is and what it can do to you.
