Premium Turkey Burgers from Bernard Matthews offer a healthy alternative to traditional beefburgers. Turkey meat is a low-fat, high-protein food, which contains no mono sodium glutamate and each 50g burger has only 100kcal when oven-baked.
With a minimum of 80% meat content, they can be cooked in the oven for about 10 minutes or eight minutes in the griddle.
The burgers can be served plated with French fries and vegetables or served in a bap with relish, pickles or sauce.
They are packed in cases of 48.
