Make bonfire night go off with a real tasty bang!

With Guy Fawkes Day just around the corner, the Unger range from Freshbake Foods offers a wide choice of products to serve at open air firework displays. As the event takes place on Tuesday 5 November, the firework season will be extended both before and after this date.

Pork and Pork and Beef sausages in regular and Wise Buy versions can be quickly cooked, while the Lorne Sausage Slices can be served in a bun, bap or pitta bread. They are suitable for griddle, grill, pan or oven cooking from frozen. Available in 1kg batches, comprising 14 slices.

Sausage Nuggets are enrobed in a crumb coating. Supplied frozen and uncooked, the nuggets can be deep fried in four or five minutes or oven baked in about ten minutes.

Available in catering bags holding 60 nuggets and packed three to a case.

The Halal sausages offer full halal approval on both casings and fillings. The range consists of Beef 4's, Chicken 4, 8's and 12's, as well as smaller beef sausages in the 8 to the pound size. Available in 4.54kg (10lb) colour coded cases.
