Make the meal go with a bang
The demand for bangers and is still going strong, inspired by chefs such as Nigel Slater. Larderfresh has launched a new range of gourmet sausages to liven up your menu.
Olde English Sausage, as the name suggests, is a traditional British banger made with a coarse cut of pork and blended with seasoning in a natural casing. Available at £3.55 for 1kg.
The Moroccan Lamb Sausage is a spicy offering made with chick peas and chillies. Try serving with cous cous. Available at £4.65 for 1kg.
Venison, Pork and Redcurrant Sausage combines a coarse cut of venison meat with pork with the sweet taste of redcurrants. Available at £4.65 for 1kg.
Wild Boar, Apple and Cider Sausage are made with wild boar and have chunks of apple and a hint of cider. They are available at £4.65 for 1kg.
