MBO bid for Pall Mall

A management buy-out team is poised to take control of catering and cleaning contractor Pall Mall.
David Woods, who took over as managing director in February, is leading the bid along with finance director Robert Foster.
Parent company the Davis Service Group is expected to make an announcement by the end of this week on whether it has accepted the bid.
