Laila's Fine Foods has added Coriander Chicken Masala to its range of individual frozen Indian entrées. The strips of whole-muscle chicken breast are marinated in fresh coriander, fresh chilli, green peppers, yogurt and spices before being cooked in a cream sauce with butter, onions, tomatoes and fresh herbs. Unusually for a wet-sauced dish, 50% of the total weight of 340g is chicken meat.
