Mountain meals at Milton Keynes

A leisure complex planned for Milton Keynes and set to feature Europe's first all-year-round snow sports centre is to have more than 50,000sq ft of restaurants.
The £60m Crystal Mountain development in the town centre will have a variety of alpine restaurants and bars to cater for skiers, snowboarders and tobaggonists when it opens in 1998.
Brian Craig, chief executive of Crystal Mountain Developments told Caterer: "The complex will have a variety of ethnic restaurants, but the detailed planning will not be done until November."
