Mousse comes in from the wild

Nestlé Foodservices has launched a quick and easy mousse dessert.

All the mousses are sold in 2x500g resealable tubs with each tub making 25x110ml portions at about 10p per portion.

The mousse is made by adding water, whisking until thick and then refrigerating for 30 minutes until set.

There are five varieties - White Chocolate, Chocolate, Strawberry, Toffee and Lemon.
