Lyons Seafoods has introduced two new dishes to its Cuisine Range. The two new products are:

Prawns and Mussels in a Tomato and Herb sauce comprises whole tropical king prawns and Chilean mussels in an Italian tomato and herb sauce.

Scallops with Bacon and Mushroom consists of scallops, bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Serve with vegetables and potatoes as a main course or with crusty brown bread and salad.

Both meals are supplied in ‘easy peel' pouches. Simply poach for about ten minutes or pierce the bag and microwave on full power for about four minutes.
