New marinades launched by Major International
Major is using Hotelympia 2002 to launch its new range of marinades and stock bases.
The Mari-Bases marinades include fajita and tropical, while the new stocks are roast onion and new set of reduced salt bases.
Visitors will be able to try out recipes based on all the new products on the Major stand, number 1042, in the centre of the Food & Drink Hall. The stand features two demonstration areas, one for the Mari-Bases and one for the stock bases, where chefs will be cooking throughout the show.
