New owners for Lytham St Anne's hotel

The Sea Croft hotel in Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire, has been sold for nearly £180,000. The nine-bedroom hotel also has a three-bedroom owner's flat. The previous owners were Ian and Bev Taylor, who have run the Sea Croft for 13 years. The new owners are first-timers Tony and Janice Bradshaw. Christie & Co was the agent.
